2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

• All custom 3D prints require buyer approval before production begins.
• Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made without additional fees.
• Custom items are made specifically for the buyer and may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

• Production time varies depending on complexity, size, and current workload.
• Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed before production begins.
• Custom design fees, if applicable, are non‑refundable once work has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• GenX3DPrints is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

6. Warranty & Limitations

• 3D printed items may have minor surface variations or layer lines due to the printing process. These are normal and not considered defects.
• GenX3DPrints is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
• No warranty is provided for items used in high‑stress, mechanical, or load‑bearing applications unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

• Designs created by GenX3DPrints remain the intellectual property of GenX3DPrints unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Buyers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute custom designs without permission.
• If the buyer provides a design, they affirm they have the legal right to use and reproduce it.

8. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before production begins.
• Once printing or design work has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

9. Liability

• GenX3DPrints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for proper use, installation, and handling of printed items.

10. Policy Updates

GenX3DPrints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to all future orders.
